Our tumbler pre order is OPEN! This is a very exciting opportunity to be able to select any colour you wish from our chosen manufacturer! With continuing increases in freight charges, we are doing pre-order so that all of our new inventory can come in one shipment which seems to be the best way to keep the cost down.

Not seeing a design that suits your needs? Select "Custom Design Request", let us know a little bit about what you are looking for in the text box provided and we will reach out to you through the email you provide at checkout. We are happy to help get the perfect design for your cup! If we can't find something to suit your needs a refund will be offered.
HOW LONG IS THE PREORDER OPEN?
We will be accepting orders for cups until May 18th at Midnight. The order will be placed the following day with the manufacturer. Once we place the order, the cups arrive within 10-14 business days.
WHEN WILL I GET MY CUPS?
Orders for blank cups (no engraved design) will be mailed out within a couple days of the shipment arriving. Cups that need to be engraved will be processed in the order that we received the orders. By placing our order on May 19th, we expect to receive the cups by the 31st of May. Depending on order volume, we expect to have all cups shipped out by June 14th at the latest.
COLOUR SELECTION!!!
All colour selections are subject to availability at the time of ordering. If there is an instance where the manufacturer can not provide all of the inventory that we request, you may be contacted to choose an alternate colour or a refund may be offered. We have done our best to communicate with the manufacturer ahead of time to ensure the best possible selections, however, sometimes order volumes increase for them and items become unavailable. We will do our very best to get every customer the cup of their choice!

Once your order is received, we will reach out via the email provided at checkout to make arrangements to get a digital copy of your logo. Logos must be sent as a black image with transparent background. File types include .PDF .PNG .AI .CDR .DXF . Have questions before ordering? SHIPPING/PICK UP
Cups will be shipped out via Canada Post or courier. There will be a flat rate for shipping of $12.99 regardless of the quantity of cups you choose. We are doing everything we can to keep our shipping costs as low as possible at this time.
You may also opt for our local pick up option. A pick up location will be announced very soon. Pick up will be available in Camrose, AB.
Due to the taper at the bottom of the cup, there can be small inconsistencies in the engrave where the lip meets the bottom. We have refined our process pretty well to avoid this as much as possible with our current colour selection, however, it is always a possibility. We never send out cups that we deem to have an unsuccessful engrave. We strive to offer the best possible outcome for our customers at all times. No refunds will be offered for these small imperfections.
